It took a while, but the book was delivered within the advertised time (14 business days). The $13 price tag for an otherwise $158 book was well worth the wait. I would order from this seller again.

I did not receive the right book. It had the same name but it was a European version.

Book took way longer to arrive then guaranteed. Seller refused to give me tracking information after requesting several times. I had to contact customer service to finally get any information.

"By now, you have probably gotten your order". No Valore books, almost 3 weeks, and nothing has come. No tracking package or anything either. I, sadly, won't be making purchases here anymore

HORRIBLE EXPIERENCE. I was set to receive the book 2 weeks after i ordered, and i got it 5 weeks later. Impossible to contact seller.

PackofBooks was incredibly disrespectful to me. My books arrived late and when I attempted to return them they refused delivery of my return, essentially refusing to refund my purchase.

Ordered the book on 25AUG18, as of today 11SEP18, still have not received it. 17 Days this is ridiculous. Tracking still shows the book in New York as of this morning. Lazy

Really bad customer service. Never receive any response from them. Received book after a month, way past the expected delivery date.

Great book and Great condition!

It's been 3 WEEKS and the USPS still says they're awaiting the book. I've contacted the seller several times, and although they reply, I'm never given a straight answer about the status of my book.
