Need to improve on tracking of shipments.

Aweful—absolutely aweful—I didn’t get any order confirmation, no tracking, when I tried customer service no one spoke English. I was floored when an actual book (in English) arrived. Never ever again.

Was sent the wrong book and had to return for a refund.

Nearly a month later and I have yet to receive my book. Not so easy for a graduate student!

You're kidding me! My book hasn't even arrived!! It's been over a month SINCE THE TRACKER SAID MY BOOK WOULD ARRIVE. This website is a joke, never buying here again.

Very disappointed with this experience. Ordered book for beginning of semester and my tracking number did not work. Ordered a new book that would arrive faster with plans to return. Was not able to.

Very unpleasant purchase experience. I put down the order on the 16 of January. Tracking did not provide any info until the 29th. Today is February 1 and I still do not have the book yet.

It takes to long to receive your order.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THEY DISPLAY A BOOK THEN SEND YOU THE WRONG ONE. CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS YET TO RESPOND TO MY MANY EMAILS. ITS A SCAM, DONT BUY.

Excessive shipping time. I tried to cancel order and the automated reply email messages did not offer useful information.

Never received the book that I ordered

Never received my item and the seller would not cancel the order or refund me my money it was a constsnt back and forth argument.
