Item arrived in a decent amount of time, but was NOT the same version that I ordered.

Have not received this book yet. Ordered 8/1 and on 8/10 Tracking number for this book shows a shipping label has been created but USPS has not received the book yet to be shipped out.

Package did not arrive on time. Reshipped too was not expediated

Realized that I had the wrong book and returned it. PackofBooks marked through their delivery info & the USPS tracking number, returning it to me with no explanation. Valore made it right though.

This book took 3 weeks to get in and I messaged the seller on Valore.com and heard nothing from them. So I had to purchase another copy in order to get my homework complete. I am very unhappy.

Wrong book was sent. I need my money back.

After I notify the seller that my product wasn't here the customer service rep make sure to advise me that my product was on his way I am grateful that I did receive my product within a two-day minimu

This book was brand new and it was great for my class

Refuses to provide me a refund, even though they sent me four of the wrong books. Unacceptable, in my book.

Different cover with thin pages, but a great buy for the money.
