Absolutely horrible ordering experience! I will never order from this company again. They didn’t provide accurate tracking, said my package shipped and it never did and ended up with the wrong book.

So, it's 3 weeks and 1 day since this order supposedly shipped. The tracking showed nothing until the day after it was supposed to be here. Then it was in New Jersey. Still haven't received it.

I ordered the book over a month ago(April 9th) and did not receive it until today (May 15th). I do not even need it for my class any more and it's too late to get a refund. You wasted my money. Thanks

Book arrived one month later and not the book that I was expected. This book is useless for my class.

I need my book I order on Mar. 28, if I knew it would not been here I would not have order I have been in class for 3 weeks with a book missed a assignment
