Took 2 weeks to receive this book. Wouldn’t buy from them again.

Needs to have a tracking number to monitor as shipping seemed longer than expected. Fast seller communication, but still no idea on estimated delivery date which is unnerving as class course begins.

The book arrived too late. I was expecting a long time. Next time I won't order from Valerobooks.

It took an extremely long amount of time to get the textbook and then the book I received was not the correct edition.

Never received book... when asked about 2 weeks later got weird email think it’s a scam

If there was an option for strongly negative, I would click that button a hundred times. I have never had a worse experience with a site. Also, no one replies to any of my emails. Negative 5 stars.

Worst online shopping experience I ever had. Ordered 10/30 received 11/25. Will never order from Valore or PackofBooks again.

I never received my book. I wrote for a refund twice with no response.

I never received my book and I tried contacting the seller and never got a response back.

Took almost a month to get the book to me during an 8 week class. However, the book was in new and good condition.
