This took way too long to get here...speed up your process.

No communication on order status when numerous emails were sent. Impossible to get a hold of someone.

Incredibly slow shipment - I ended up spending $168 on an eBook because the book arrived almost a week after it was supposed to. I will never deal with ValoreBooks or this seller ever again.

It was beyond late. Waited for it, never got any shipment. Updates until two days before it came in. The book came in fine.But as long as it took I won’t be ordering from this website ever again.

Took awhile to send especially when it was already in my state. So there that about the shipping, perhaps you guys should pay more to get your book in time. Other than that it was the correct book

EXTREMELY slow service. The book i got is not even the one on the website.
