They had the lowest price, but it took a month, and a couple of e-mails, for them to finally get me the book. I won't be going through them again for my next textbook.

The order, mail label and payment was processed quickly. However, the book didn't ship until I made contact two weeks later. Tried to cancel twice but they basically said no.

Book was never delivered, it has been over a month since I have ordered it. I have still not been refunded for the lost order.

It took wayyy to fricken long. I lost so many points in school because I didnt have it. It seems like the seller doesn't really care about the customer.

Shipping took too long i almost failed my class due to that and I order it way before my class started .

Never recieved book

Book came in promised condition, but it came more than a week after the week long window of delivery.

I never got my book or my money back so like fix it.

Can you please send me the shipping information so I can return the book back to you. I do not need the book for my class. I would like a refund. I tried to take it to UPS but it needed a barcode

Horrible seller. Didn't ship my book until over 2 wks from order, wouldn't look into issues for days when I contacted them, now they don't want to refund the book that is useless because they messedup

Never received my order

I still have not received my book, I've tried emailing multiple people and cant seem to get help.
