Do you see how long it took to ship my book? Shame on you.

Took over a month to get a book from NY to FL. The tracking number they gave me didn't work and showed that my book was in preshipment for over 3 weeks. When I contacted the company and ask

Book was over 10 days past the last expected delivery date and was needed for a class. It didn’t even ship for a week after I paid for it. I am returning and will not buy from Valore again.

The order was shipped two weeks after I had placed it. The seller’s response to my emails was generic and condescending.

Yes, media mail, but over a month? And it was flimisly packaged, not in a box..

Product was in perfect condition as advertised. The shipping took forever. They gave me tracking number on Sept 11. It was only shopping from 100 miles away or so. Didn't receive it until the 28th

They did not deliver my book and i had to message through the BBB To get my money back

I placed my order over a month ago and still have not recieved my book. I am supposedly receiving it this week. If I would not have contacted Valorbooks, I probably never would have received it.

Seller never sent my book, and refused to give me a working tracking number for either of the two time the said they sent it out. After email run around I went to valore.com directly to get refund.

Got the book in a week in great condition. Later edition than the display picture showed.

Same as the English version. Would 100% recommend!

Worst service I have ever received! Product was late (two weeks), sent the wrong edition (Indian ed.) and the seller would not provide tracking info. despite numerous e-mails requesting so. AVOID!

It took 4 weeks to arrive much after the estimated arrival date. The seller was not helpful at all when I asked where it was. When it arrived it was the wrong book some European edition I don't need
