Love these people. I ordered a textbook for my son and the box was either delivered empty or it was stolen right off my porch. The company immediately sent me a new one. Amazing !!

Still waiting for the book !!!

I have not received the text book and my classes have started. If I do not receive it by this weeks end, I will be forced to purchase a copy locally and cancel the order. Please advise.

Ordered textbook on July 30 and it shipped on July 31. It is now Aug 25 and still have not received the book. Contacted seller two weeks ago and they sent another. Have not received it either.

I have yet to receive this order. Supposedly the first shipment was lost in the mail and then I was promised it would be reshipped using 2 day delivery but it still hasn’t arrived

Took forever to hear back from this seller. Only heard anything 15 days after ordering because a claim was filed with Valore. The book did eventually come in great condition. Lack of communication!

I received a bill from the publisher after I paid Northern wind. Customer support from Northernwind and Valorebooks has been non existent. Never will I use Valorebooks again.

Terrible transaction. Book was returned however, no refund given.

Excellent condition and arrived in a timely manner.
