No notifications or responses to inquiries from them. Had to get Valore involved to get my book. Book finally arrived from publisher itself.

Book not received

I ordered this book well over a month ago and I still have not received it. I received an email from the seller offering a refund but has not responded back. I am feeling as if the seller is a scammer

I did not recieve the book. I ordered it about a month ago.

My only complain is that the delivery time took long, on one of the books. which they didn't let me know it was gonna be a delay.

I never even got this book, I am very un happy and will prob not be using Valor to purchase boos any longer

I never received this book, and the seller never responded to requests for updating tracking information. Luckily customer service at Valore responded quickly and was able to get me a refund!
