he sent me an extra book accidentally. I have been trying to return it for a while now.
Took slightly longer to receive my order than expected. Would not have minded at all had there been more communication regarding my order status. Good product at a good price though.

Book was as promised and came in good timing
My book did end up arriving on time, but I did not receive any tracking information (even after requesting it). Then I received a second copy of the book, even after the first had already arrived.
I never received the book. It wasn't sent with a trackable delivery method, as stated. DON'T buy from this seller! I had to go to the campus bookstore and pay an extra $20.
Arrived in great condition, it was brand new and had the access code.
Decent shipping time. Product as described.
