Not prompt, not quick, no tracking number, and unresponsive to inquiries. Don't waste your time with this book seller.
Has been 9 days since order with expedited shipping that should take 2-5 days and still no books. I tried to communicate with him and have heard nothing back.
I find it hard to believe that the ENTIRE order with Valore books was out of stock. I will NEVER use Valore Books again! Beyond poor customer service. You wasted my time.
Still have not received textbook. I don' t know where the book is. Tracking Order says delivery date Jan. 14. Service is terrible. The worst I have ever seen.
I have not receive my order yet. And I need to change the shipping address to be the same as the billing address.
The book came in good condition and was on time with the order.
I still haven't received my book and I don't have a tracking number to track my order.... Relatively upset.
