I never received my History of Asia book, but I paid for it and ordered it in early January. It is now mid February.

Asked them to cancel my order TWICE because they would not respond to my e-mails. Will not use this site again. Asked for next day shipping didn't receive the book for almost three weeks.

Terrible experience. I never recieved my order. Having waited the two-week grace period, I inquired about the order, and received no reply from the seller. Still have not heard from them.

I order expedited shipping. It took you guys 2 business to process the order then ship it. I ordered a book from a competitor site at the regular shipping rate and it reached me before this site's book did.

I NEVER received this book and I am extremely upset!!! I will never use VALORE BOOKS AGAIN!!! I would also appreciate a refund!

Paid money for something that never came. Was forced to drop the course because its hard to do work from a book that never came.

This book was described as in very good condition and I would disagree. When I opened the book, there was a section of the book, the table of contents and the whole first chapter, that just fell out. Several other pages are on the verge of falling out also.
