The seller listed this book as "very good." That is false. Just got the book and there are tons of pages with highlighting some pages are ripping, there is a page that is all wrinkled up with tape.

I have not received my book and have not received any feedback from the company.

They lost my tracking number. Still have not received book

I am still waiting on the book. I have not received it, or a reply to my email to customer service. The phone number for customer service leads to a voice mail.

Have yet to receive this book and getting zero's in class because of it.

Book has not been delivered. All other books were delivered. This textbook did not arrive. We are still waiting. We need to know the status right away.

i bought a book from them on the 12th of january and i am still waiting for it and its the 25th. i checked the tracking number and it says its still in indiana and i paid for expedited shipping

I ordered explite shipping and have not yet received my book it has been two weeks today and I am very aggravated. I will not be ordering any more books from here.

Did not receive my books, seller was slow to respond to emails and gave generic responses. Valore Books returned my email in <30 min. and gave me a refund though. Good on Valore, bad on this seller.

The worst! No shipment communication till asked, Faulty tracking number. Book still hasn't arrived after 14 days on 'expedited shipping'. I will shop at Amazon from now on!

I will NEVER order from Valore Books again. I ordered my book on January 7th and paid for expedite shipping so that I could get my order quicker and use my book for my test tomorrow! The expedited shipping was for 2-5 business days and I still have not received my package. THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS!!!!!! I will never order from Valore Books again and I shall advise others to do the same!

I have not gotten my book yet. I ordered on January 8th. I am hoping to get it asap, or a good explaination and full refund.
