My order got lost in transit. Big negative. Long shipping times. I will continue to order off amazon when available. One positive, the seller did reply quickly to my concern and refund was given.

We still have not received the book -we knew there was going to be a slight delay but now they are not responding to the past 2 emails requesting an update. We would like to have a refund now.

items were as ordered, but I should not have had to pay separate shipping costs on all three as they were coming to the same address. Also the mailing time was much longer than I expected

Ordered books on 8/29 ($331.20), never received any of the books. Not sure what the story is. Nobody seems to have any idea where my money/books are. All I know is I have neither.

Extremely frustrating. My book did not come in within the 6-8 days. My book was lost in transit and I was never notified. I had to reach out to them to find out what was going on. Never Again

Its been a month and I still have yet to get the book or the refund that they said they would issue me 10 days ago. I have been too patient and it is quite ridiculous that I have to experience this.

9-26-18 still no book...should of sent the replacement next day...son is losing points at school for not having it

Terrible service. Order arrived nearly a month later and would not provide any information on it.

The book arrived extremely late. It said that it would arrive in 10-14, it took 4 weeks.
