Book arrived three weeks after the expected delivery date and when opened, was the wrong book. Company was difficult to reach to fix the problem, and won't send me the correct book quickly.

Delivery took a month, but I didn't need it by a certain time, so it was fine. When I contacted them to say I hadn't received it yet, they sent me the estimated date of arrival and the tracking number
