I never received the book and they never refunded my money back.

Never got the book, reached out 20+ times and they kept saying they would refund me and they never did. They kept my money and never sent a book. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

IR store did not send the book that i ordered. Even after so many followups, not even a reply from them. Valorebooks was quicked to resolve the problem by refunding to me whole the amount paid to IR.

Didn’t provide, tracking number or response to any of the questions I had. I will never be order anything from this place

I have not received my item and they do not even respond back when I contact them. Terrible service

still haven’t gotten my book. Company has quit responding to my messages about where my book is.

One lost book, next time out of stock, order canceled Sept. 26, received book today, Oct 11. Horrible service. Would not recommend Valore. I requested a refund Sept. 26.

Absolutely terrible experience. Never got my book so now I am forced to go to my bank and report my purchase of the book as a fraudulent charge. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

It has been 2 months since I ordered my book. The seller told me it was lost in transit and asked if I wanted to reship it. I asked them to reship it and I still haven't gotten it. I don't recommend.
