Terrible seller. Purchase a textbook WITH an access card and didn't receive access card. 48 hour URGENT request turned in three weeks waiting for an access that that turns out to be used! NEVER!

I never received the book and had to email to figure out what happened. They sent me a refund only after I asked about the book. Now I'm half way through the semester without a book.

Pathetic!! Late shipping! BOOK WAS SAID TO BE WITH ACESS CODE BUT WASNT

I ordered th book on Jan 13th and didn’t receive it until the 25th after paying for expedited shipping. I contacted the seller twice and never heard anything. Poor service.

Still no book a week after it was supposed to be here. No amswer in 3 days from seller on tracking info. 3rd week of school still no book.

I never got my book!

Waited along time for this book 2 weeks longer then the other book i ordered on same day; then it was not as stated. I also had to pay to ship it back. Now waiting for credit back to my account.

Seller sent text a week after they said it was mailed. Took over 3 weeks.

I ordered a new book, paid $70 more than I would have if I bought the book used. I was sent a used book. When I tried to contact the seller with this issue, the email given was invaild

It's the most disappointing experience. My product was NOT delivered in time and I was NOT EVEN informed of the delays. While I was refunded, I lost lot of time in preparing for my exams.

Still haven't received a response on resending the package to a different address.

Use UPS. Took far too long with USPS.

It's been a week and a half and I have not receive the book yet. This is taking too long for a seller to ship a book to the customer.

Took forever to get here but quality was great
