Terrible seller. Purchase a textbook WITH an access card and didn't receive access card. 48 hour URGENT request turned in three weeks waiting for an access that that turns out to be used! NEVER!

I never received the book and had to email to figure out what happened. They sent me a refund only after I asked about the book. Now I'm half way through the semester without a book.

I ordered th book on Jan 13th and didn’t receive it until the 25th after paying for expedited shipping. I contacted the seller twice and never heard anything. Poor service.

I ordered a new book, paid $70 more than I would have if I bought the book used. I was sent a used book. When I tried to contact the seller with this issue, the email given was invaild

It's the most disappointing experience. My product was NOT delivered in time and I was NOT EVEN informed of the delays. While I was refunded, I lost lot of time in preparing for my exams.
