Book has pencil and pen drawings of offensive and pornographic material on several pages. On many other pages there notes and insults. Some incompletely erased, others permanent. Book unusable

Seller was unprofessional. Did not respond to emails. Received my book 3 weeks later. Will not purchase from this seller again.

Paid for expedited shipping and after not receiving the book after 1 week I asked for a tracking # and was told the book should have received. Seller eventually to sent the book media mail w/o track

It took the seller almost 2 weeks to get a book I paid extra for to have in 2-5 days

Tracking information should be provided without asking. Item took too long to arrive.

Didn't send me my book and I payed for express shipping when they finally answered my emails they sent me a new book which took a week

My book came with missing pages written in and I had to return it

I paid for expedited shipping so I would have the textbook in time for my class. It took over 3 weeks to receive it. However, they did refund me only $5 that I paid for shipping and handling.

It took 3 weeks and a threat of hiring a lawyer. And i paid for expedited shipping and they didn't even return my shipping cost. I will make sure to never recommend valore.

I NEVER received my book. I paid expedited shipping and t wasn’t here within 7 days. I contacted the seller and never got any response for 4 days. 3 more days and a refund. Never buying from them.

I'm Galled at the service. Ive received a book--that i ordered and contacted to cancel on the 4th of September-- on the 23rd??? with expedited shipping? Is this a joke?

It took almost a month for my book to get to my house. I asked for a refund, they shipped it to my house late anyway and told me to just ship it back. Had to pay for ship and haven't been refunded...

Shipping was horrible. I even paid extra. Did not come with access code like it said it did. Will not purchase from here again. Had to contact fastship 3 times.
