I feel deceived because I have not received this book yet nor have my money returned to me. Please send to me this book or return my money back returned to me. Please help me. Thanks.

Used book shipped to me after purchased brand new book.

Never received shipment that I paid for! Needed for classroom. Seller said would send again and didn’t. Will never use this seller or site again. Very disappointed.

Returned book. Condition was listed as New but turned out to be used. Service was responsive and good.

First book never arrived. Seller expedited a second book. Book was written on and used although I ordered a “brand new - factory sealed” book. They also sent the instructor edition not the student one

I ordered a NEW book and the book was damaged when the order came in. They did not take the time to look at the book they just shipped it damaged.

Book listed as „good condition.“ definitely not the case- book was in very poor condition. I was shocked.

Ordered a brand new, factory sealed book and was sent a used book in extremely poor condition. Refund was offered if I returned the book but my class had already started. Valore was no help, either.

I tried to make a return and sent the book back to the store. However, it has been two months but they didn’t refund my money yet. Talked to them multiple times.

Very disappointed. I did not receive what I ordered so I shipped it back...waiting for my money to be refunded to me!!!...and I tracked my return and it has been received!

Upon receiving my" NEW" textbook nearly 3wks later, it arrived dusty and pages were in a dirty 3 ringed binder. I am appalled that something this disgusting would be shipped to anyone.

I am still waiting for my refund. I did not approve any repurchase after receiving the wrong edition.
