HORRIBLE. NEVER RECEIVED MY TEXTBOOK BECAUSE APPARENTLY IT GOT LOST

I know I ordered standard shipping, but to wait until the last day that it was allowed to ship is ridiculous. It was sitting in New Jersey for this period of time and took another week to get to me.

Great except shipping took 30 days. Emailed customer service they were professional, good service

This was not the book I payed for and I wanna see how I can send it back

I'm having a really bad experience. I haven't received the book i ordered, when it was meant to arrive earlier this month. I would have paid extra to have an expedited shipping.

First time but something from this website and I don't recommend it at all I had to wait for three weeks just to get the wrong book.

Received the wrong book and never got an answer back

I NEVER got the book I ordered. Seller didn't provide tracking number even though the description said they would and after contacting the seller multiple times. Seller has terrible customer service!

Front cover of book doesn’t match at all, and the book is in black and white. This would have been nice to know before hand that I would be receiving some weird other country edition.

The book that I ordered was not the one I received. I was a few years outdated and I could not use it for my current class!

Got the book, don't really use it but it still has everything you need from it.
