Book is illegal. Printed on terrible see-through paper. Says it is only 'legal in India'...Will never purchase from this website again.
The International 2nd Edition has some differences from the US 2nd Edition; most problematic is some of the "Problems and Exercises" at the end of each chapter vary from the US Version.

The book did not come even close to the projected delivery date. The date continually changed and did not come for 3 weeks after the order was placed. I am very disappointed with the speed of service.
