this took more than two weeks to receive, even though i paid for expedited service. i have requested to be refunded for the shipping cost.

You sent me the international version and I am not sure if it is the same book. If it is the same book it is excellent and the price was excellent
The details of this book order did not say that it was an international VERSION. I think its important to let your customers know!
I didn't get the book I order. I order the 10th edition and receive the international edition. I send the book back following directions its been more then two weeks and still have not received refund
