Arriving the textbook is fast and quick!

The link showed one price from a company and after purchasing the company was switched and price almost doubled. I complained and the said it was my fault.

The picture of this book was of the US edition which I thought I was getting. I received the International Edition with a Code that can not be used in the US and I am still waiting on a return respons

I HAVE NOT received my order that I paid extra for faster shipping & delievery!!! If I don't receive my order or if someone doesn't return my call ASAP! I'm contacting bank & disputing the $ 91.90

The book you sent me is NOT the one pictured. You sent me the international version, which my professor would not accept. It is in the mail to you now.

I paid for expedited service but had to wait 2.5 weeks for book. Next time i will opted for free shipment which would normally be the same wait time.

New book as promised. My only negative would be it took a week to get here, when I paid for 2 day shipping.

Arrived in timely manner and in great shape. Very pleased with international text.

Though I paid for expedited shipping, this was very slow arriving. I don't recommend ordering from them again.
