Excellent book. I'm going through it with my staff now.
Package was supposed to come from ny but came from cali and took over 2 weeks (14 days) to get to me. If had known i would have chosen another option. Prob won't buy from valorebooks again.
My book simply never arrived. I waited a full month and contacted customer service multiple times, all for nothing. Going through PackofBooks was a terrible mistake.
book never came, finally got notice 2 weeks later that it was being refunded, then had to find another source to order from
Southeast Asian version of the book with Southeast Asia cases and examples. The book is worthless.
