I ordered this book and still have not received it. I have requested a refund twice.

One day it said it shipped and the next day it said the order was cancelled.

Thought I was going to get the pocket size version of this book but instead received giant sized version!!

I wish the seller would have provided a tracking number upfront instead of me having to request it. Valore said it was delivered and it wasn't and I had to reach out to the seller.

Questions in this version do not match US version. Have not had this problem with Intl. versions before.
