While the product was just as I imagined, it took twice as long as it should to arrive. The shipping method I selected said 4-14 days, but my shipment did not arrive until 23 days after I ordered.

I will never buy from this seller again. It took me over 25 days to get my book and my class is almost over. I just got the book this Wednesday December 2, 2015 and I really needed it.
Worst experience! Took >1 mo for book to arrive.Unreliable customer service. Not that cheaper either. No point in doing business with local vendors.

Book arrived with slight damage to cover from sticker removal. Still an excellent bargain.
Didn't get he book for a months and missed getting it for a test. Slow shipping during slow shopping times. You suck will never order again
I never recievd the book. I have asked for a refund and have not heard back either. Please ensure that I am given a full refund. Very disappointed and will not use this seller ever again!
