i got an email asking me to review this book but they canceled my order like a week later because it was out of stock so that was a bummer because i didn't have the book the first few weeks of class.

Bad service , the book wasn't shipped until 2 weeks after I ordered it, had to call for them to ship it. I got the book very late . Never ordering from valore books again , thanks !

Took forever to get and missed assignments.

Email responses to questions didn't make sense and did not address the questions I asked... I think they sent a generic reply and hoped I wouldn't notice. Tracking number didn't work, item was late...

15 days and no tracking information or book

The book took 3 weeks to ship plus I was sent the wrong book. Please, do not order from PackofBooks.

I did not receive the book for 3 weeks, 5 days. Contacted seller for return info, none sent. Very disappointed had to pay for one book twice. Never again.

HAVE NOT RECEIVED! Got tracking info which states that the USPS has made a shipping label for my package but has not received the package at the PO Facility. WHERE IS MY BOOK???

Took forever for the book to arrive AND then it was the wrong book (I ordered the correct one). I returned the book AND it's taking the refund forever. Will go back to using CHEGG exclusively.
