Book came 1 month late even after I paid extra for expedited shipping I need a refund
Got a wrong book. No response from seller! Poor customer service!
was not the book i ordered. want to return it and get my money back
I received an email saying my book was shipped and a week later I received an email that they are out of the book. I do not understand that. I also paid for expedited shipping. Very disappointed.
Paid for expedited shipping and it took 1.5 weeks.
My order was never shipped, I had to cancel my course because I did not have a book, I was not notified that the book was not shipped till 20 days later. I got a refund on the book but not shipping!
Haven't received this book already paid for.
