Despite choosing expedited shipping, I still received it late... Very frustrating

When I received the book, it was the international version, which doesn't have the homework I need for my class. There was no comment anywhere that I would receive this edition.

While the book is exactly what I needed, I had paid for expedited shipping and the book wasn't even shipped until 3 days AFTER the latest date I was to receive the book. Took 2 weeks, not 4 days

The book arrived damaged because the book was small than the box it was put, and therefore the corners of book were crushed.

The book shipped was the international version, making it difficult in class for me to find certain material that is on a different page than the instructor's version. Other than that the book is grea

I never received the book. I never received a response to my inquiry on the status of the book. I never received a response to my request to cancel the order given the above experience.

I did not receive this book.

Ordered incorrect edition and returned it. Have not received my refund.

Product good value for price. Will order from you again. Shipping slow but I was informed of that and for the price it is worth waiting for.
