I cancelled this book and it was delivered anyways. and now I can't return it. I am furious and will never deal with this company again.

Tracking number said book was delivered, but it was never seen in my mail room. They were unwilling to work with me in order to come to a solution.

I bought a book almost 1 month and i did not get it ant i requested a refund but i still don't have my refund . so no book no refund i spend my money and my time waiting for a book.worse experience

The package took forever to arrive, and then I never received it

I never got my order. I tried reaching Valore customer service. They sent me a case receipt and nothing. Very disappointed
