Received wrong book, was ignored requesting a return label, ended up loosing money having to send it back and never ended up with the correct book. I hate you all and I'm never buying from here again.

Item arrived on time and in good condition.

shipping was weird, 9 days after ordering it's status was still "not shipped" but then it showed up in my mailbox the next day after I left a complaint.

I never got the book and still was charged

The book was good and the service was excellent.

I didn't get the book and I didn't even got my refund

I never received my Basic Geriatric Nursing book that I order. I have been sending emails after another to try and get a refund so I can order my book from elsewhere but nobody will email me back!
