Seller could've done a better job providing tracking information for the package, bottom line is book arrived within the designated time frame and in good condition.

I did not receive the book I purchased, I did however get my refund back quickly. I did not receive the tracking number I asked for either.

Shipping took too long

I still haven't received what I ordered and it has been shipped out twice. I either want a new one shipped or a refund because it has been a month since I ordered the access code

I was refunded Occupational-Based Activity Analysis. It said it was available. Then I ordered Introduction to Occupational Therapy on August 9th and has yet to receive it. Way to go Valor...
