Took more than the stated amount of time to finally arrive & the "tracking" never worked.
Received email that book was shipped, but many days later with no book delivered, received an email that I was going to get a refund with no explanation.
Itâs been over a month since I ordered my book and I still havenât received it.

I can not read your response. I want my refund back as soon as possible. I checked the tracking number. It actually states on usps website that the package was delivered to sender on 9/14/19. Tracking
