Terrible. Took too long to ship to me so I had to buy digital. Sent my textbook back over a week ago (and it arrived over a week ago as well according to tracking) and I have not received a refund.

Book condition was better than expected. Rental process was very easy.

GoTextbooks rented the textbook for my course at a much lower price than all other sellers I found. Additionally, they shipped it within a reasonable length of time. Very grateful for this seller.

I don’t understand why you’d advertise a book you didn’t have. Complete waste of time. Probably would not have gotten my money back if I didn’t follow up on why the book took so long to ship

I received notice that my book mailed on Friday. According to the tracking number it wasn’t dropped off at the post office until late Tuesday afternoon. This left me without a textbook for 2
