Was promised a book in very good condition. Book is in acceptable condition, potentially good at best. Refund offered but given time crunch for classes was not a realistic option.

I still do not have the book. I believe it was lost by USPS. Please consider not using USPS to ship books in the future, as they are unreliable.

I was told my book was in "Very Good" condition but the cover has a 2 inch rip in it. Now when I send that back am I going to get charged for that rip? Likely

There should be the option to rent a book for 2 semesters, instead of having to do 2 separate rentals for 2 semesters.
