I ordered my book In July, and I received my book one month later. Shipping back age is torn. It was not actually a package, it was a thin plastic bag wrapped around the book. And the cover damaged

Horrible customer service. Measurement was suppose to be delivered by 8/19 and after contacting the seller 3 times, they have still not indicated whether they would resolve the issue or refund item.

I've used Valore Books for many years and this is the first problem I've had. I still have not recieved the book. Ive been in contact with the seller who has responded and tried to rectify a shipping mistake, but contact is difficult as the seller doesn't seem to speak English very well. It's been a month and the book is still MIA. I ordered 9 other books from different sellers at the same time and all arrived within a week.

After 37 days and 2 (supposed) shipment confirmations I never received the book I ordered. Email communication is sporadic and lacks proper English grammer when it does occur.

Don't waste your time. 17 days later Seller cancels and won't return the S&H costs. It really took 17 days to figure out they didn't have the book. Seller did not respond to questions.

Took way to long to deliver for a book that I was able to return in 3 days through the same delivery system
