I never got the item. I tried to contact them but they never replied.
I still haven't received the order and no communication from anyone yet.
The book was lost in the mail after waiting 3 weeks for it to arrive. Seller did give refund though. The length of time I had to wait for the textbook which never came was unacceptable.
Did not get the book. No shipping Info. No response from vendor. Valorebooks refunded my money. Still the process took too long; I WAS 4 WEEKS BEHIND IN CLASS BECAUSE OF THIS!
This order took almost 4 weeks to receive. I am still not sure that it is not counterfeit.
