I received an email to provide feedback on an order I that was either cancelled or something else I'm not sure as no one communicates anything to me. This email says I should have my book by now, well

I purchased book, paid extra shipping charges and when the book did not show up I tried to track it with the email I received confirming my order, I then found out the order had been cancelled.
