As described and expected. Shipping timely.
I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the new book that I received. The book was most likely damaged because of the shipping method. Valorebooks responded quickly and fairly to my complaint.

Canceled my order without telling me why, upon me inquiring I found out it was damaged during shipping but they didn't bother to actually TELL me or try to send a different one.
