Recieved the wrong textbook due to a website error. Seller was very generous about refund and let me keep the (wrong) book for free. Good customer service, answered e-mails right away.
DIDN'T GIVE ME MY ORDER! AFTER WAITING FOR SEVERAL DAYS THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY COULDN'T PROCESS MY ORDER AND WOULD REFUND ME. I HAVE NO IDEA IF THEY DID REFUND ME BUT IT'S A GOOD THING IT ONLY COST $7
tried twice to get this book from valore and both times I was unable to get it after it hit my pay pal due to book not being available even though it said there were some available.
they took back the book and never gave it to me and told me about it 3 weeks after i ordered
Although there was a delivery problem, it was immediately addressed as well as compensated for. I am very satisfied with this seller. Plus the price was RIGHT!
BE RESPNSIBLE !!! I purchased on 7/11, no message no delivery but refund 19 days later.
I received the books within a few days and I am happy with them. Thank you.
