It took way too long for the book to come even though I paid extra to have it shipped faster. It took exactly 13 days for this book to come.

NEVER received the book. Over a month after I purchased the book, I emailed the seller to ask when it would arrive and ONLY THEN was I told that the order was canceled. Still haven't received refund.
