Description of use of book was acurate and book arrived on time
I was told that the book had been shipped. Two days later, I was refunded my money because the book could not be found. I am disappointed that a package that never existed was marked as "shipped".
I never received this order. Several days after ordering it, I was told a mistake was made and they didn't really have the book - it had been sold already to someone else. I did receive a credit though. Very disappointed because I was looking forward to having this book. Linda Hooper

The book was fine. The "free shipping" scam @ $156/yr was despicable. And the numerous fake DHL phishing spam emails are not appreciated. They started right after your DHL shipment.
