Purchased this book on october 18 and as of today, 11/20/2013, I still have not recieved the book!!!

Everything was perfect about the book, except the front cover was folded and has a deep crease across it. It's not a big deal, but I definitely felt it should have been noted in the description.
This order was supposed to include a mini book and a mouse doll. The doll was the reason I ordered this. The doll did not come. I inquired and there is no doll. I feel this is false advertising.
