The book was announced as in good condition. yet, It presented severe indication of gotten previously WET. It makes the reading difficult since some pages stick together. This copy was over-valued.

Absolute worst customer service EVER! Never received book & needed it to begin classes at college.I called repeatedly and spoke with them and was promised results but nothing still!!!
