Ordered the book very cheap in brand new condition. When the book arrived, the first few pages were falling out and spine was cracked. Vincent was responsive, and offered a partial refund.

The book was listed as new, which it was, but it is a defective printing, which was not specified. However, considering the price, and the fact that it is usable, I am satisfied.

The print quality is poor. Toner marks everywhere, pages off-kilter. Most pages *look* like a bad photocopy. Additionally, The page texture does not match that of other DSM's of my fellow students.

When I ordered this book it was supposed to arrive in some ridiculous time like 2-3 weeks and I got it in 2days! I was so happy and satisfied with my purchase and also the cost.

Got the book quickly and it is in excellent condition.

Not only did the pages appear to be photo copies that were crooked on the pages and hard to read. Not only this, the pages were put together and glued in the improper order. I am very disappointed.

I purchased this book and thought all was well and that I would receive it shortly, Unfortunately, unbeknownst to me, the seller cancelled the order and neglected to notify me. :(

Quick response when I had to cancel my order. They were really cool about it although I did cancel well before they received the order. They were very cooperative.
