I never received my textbook and I tried reachin the postal office and through this website.

Received book in a timely fashion.

The books came on time and will provide a lot of insight in my course.

My order was cancelled and after I tried to contact the seller as to why, they never responded. It's been over a week and still no response. I wasn't even notified it was cancelled.

I placed an order for a book and they didn't send me. When I checked out what was going on they just cancelled without any notice... Now the book costs twice the price...very convenient for them!!!!

I want to return Calculus and Its Applications because they sent me the instructor's edition but I need to get the instructions and a shipping label to do the return

I received my book and noticed that it had been damaged in the mail. It was simply in one of those bubble wrapped envelopes and a chunk of the side binding was missing and some of the pages crinkled.
