Book came in great condition and arrived quickly!

shipped item weeks later and never gave refund for the product after I returned it when I received the package

The book I received has pages missing and I can not do any of my assignments. I've contacted they several times and can not get a response! I'm so angry. I paid way too much to rent this book!

The book was in horrible condition when I received it. The front and back covers were completely off, and it is held together with zip ties.

It was hard to contact the seller and I still haven’t gotten my refund. I return it as soon as I got it and it was still in the package

Immediately after making this purchase I realized it was the wrong book and tried to reach out and cancel my order but with no success or reply ☹️ I haven't opened it and don't know how to get refund

This seller was nothing but unhelpful. They didn't reply to my message about the return and they charged me a late fee when I mailed back the textbook weeks ago. VERY disappointed, won't shop again.

There were a few pages already falling out once I began studying. Besides this, good condition.

I got sent the wrong book and the seller told me they didn’t have the correct book to send me.

Book is in good shape, no torn pages. No highlighting, and the spine is sturdy.
