Excellent condition. The book seems like it wasn't used
The book was loose leaf, however that was not stated in the description when purchased.
I did not realize this was not an actuall book but a PDF print out with no binding. I dropped that class and wish I could return it.
This seller was complete TRASH. Never once replied to any of my messages. Sent my order late, and only sent it once I contacted Valore customer service. They also overcharged. Returned item!
This book never came I would really love a refund...
