Fast delivery.

No one bothered to tell me that this was not available. I was billed for the book, never received it, checked my account and realized that the amount had been credited back to me.

This seller never bothered to send the book. They did refund the full purchase price but I thought it odd that I received a shipping notice and then the next day a refund to my account.
